Our Story

My husband and I started this company because of a dream we have shared for many years . We often talked about how fun it would be to be creative together, and make a business out of it. We also realized that unless we had a plan, we couldn't support our family on a dream, so we kept our day jobs. ...until now.

Then, it was just a conversation... but always a nice thought. Today we are working together, expressing creativity through painting, and really enjoying what we do. This is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves, and share with our children. Dreams really can come true! They may not always happen when you think of them, but the timing for us couldn't have been better. One thing led to another, and the door opened up for us to begin.

About Bonnie:

I love working with my hands to create what I see as a work of art. The beauty of it for me is that I can create what my inner vision feels. Sometimes I like the outcome, other times I can be my own worst critic. Painting is my passion, I find it to be very relaxing and thought provoking. It is with my paintbrush in hand that ideas flow through my head, my world slows down and something wonderful comes of it.

We love hunting for our "recycled" furniture. It comes from all over the place. Flea markets, garage sales, friends, and sometimes on street corners. Most people can't see beyond the ugly mess that a discarded piece of furniture can have, but we see something deeper in it. That's where the magic begins.

I love that everyone in my life has begun to share the passion in a "good find" , especially our kids. They are always coming up with new and great ideas.
